You retain ownership of any content that you submit, post, or display on or through GoScope. By submitting, posting, or displaying content on or through GoScope, you grant GoScope a non-exclusive, transferable, sub-licensable, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, modify, publicly perform, publicly display, reproduce, and distribute such content on and through GoScope.

- use any manual or automated process to monitor or copy any of the material on GoScope or for any other unauthorized purpose without our prior written consent;
- use any device, software, or routine that interferes with the proper working of GoScope;
- introduce any viruses, trojan horses, worms, logic bombs, or other material that is malicious or technologically harmful;
- attempt to gain unauthorized access to, interfere with, damage, or disrupt any parts of GoScope, the server on which GoScope is stored, or any server, computer, or database connected to GoScope;
- attack GoScope via a denial-of-service attack or a distributed denial-of-service attack.
GoScope reserves the right to terminate your access to the service for violating any of these restrictions, or for any other reason in its sole discretion.
Termination
These terms of service will remain in full force and effect while you use GoScope. You may terminate your use of GoScope at any time for any reason by following the instructions on GoScope. GoScope may also terminate or suspend your access to or use of GoScope at any time, without notice or liability, for any reason, including if you breach these terms of service.
Upon termination, your right to use GoScope will immediately cease. If you wish to terminate your account, you may simply discontinue using GoScope. All provisions of these terms of service which by their nature should survive termination shall survive termination, including, without limitation, ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnity, and limitations of liability.

To the full extent permissible by applicable law, disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including, but not limited to, implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. GoScope does not warrant that GoScope, its servers, or email sent from GoScope are free of viruses or other harmful components. GoScope will not be liable for any damages of any kind arising from the use of GoScope, including, but not limited to, direct, indirect, incidental, punitive, and consequential damages.
Governing Law
These terms of service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Victoria, Australia, without giving effect to any principles of conflicts of law.
You agree that any action at law or in equity arising out of or relating to these terms of service or GoScope shall be filed only in the state or federal courts located in Victoria, Australia and you hereby consent and submit to the personal jurisdiction of such courts for the purposes of litigating any such action.
Changes to Terms
GoScope reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to modify or replace these terms of service at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.
By continuing to access or use our service after any revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms. If you do not agree to the new terms, you are no longer authorized to use GoScope.
